Wailea Beach Directions

Wailea Beach graces the southwest side of Maui, nestled in the lavish WaileaMakena neighborhood.

To get there, cruise down Highway 31, Piilani Highway, heading south. As you near the highway’s end, make a right onto Wailea Ike Drive.

When you hit Wailea Alanui Drive, the main route weaving through Wailea and Makena, take a left (south). On your right, you’ll pass the illustrious Grand Wailea Resort, and on your left, the elegant Ho’olei Villas will unfold.

For convenient parking at Wailea Beach, head off the Wailea Beach access road.

What’s fantastic is the availability of free public parking for Wailea Beach – there are two spacious lots, with the larger one as the first you’ll come across.

In our experiences driving to Wailea Beach, finding a parking spot has always been a breeze. However, it’s worth noting that there was some parking lot construction scheduled for late 2023 and early 2024.
